自诊断功能Self-diagnostic function

在系统准备启动前,对系统内设备进行检查,对于不能满足 启动条件的设备予以提示,并可以查询原因。只有在系统所 有设备具备启动条件后,相应的系统允许启动指示才显示, 系统才能启动起来。(注明:此项自诊断功能要求每个设备 的相关条件点必须全部进入PLC.
Before the system is ready to start, the equipments in the system shall be inspected, the equipment that can not meet the starting conditions shall be prompted, and the reason can be queried. The system can be started up only after all the equipments in the system meet the starting conditions, and the corresponding permissive system starting instruction is displayed. 在系统正常运行时,出现系统运行中断或紧急停车事故,对 于引起事故、造成系统停车的设备予以声光警报提示,并对 事故原因在上位机显示。(注明:此项自诊断功能要求每个设备的相关条件点必须全部进入PLC.)

整个系统不设操作台,只设机旁操作箱。全部操作均在上位机进行,实现全网络化控制。在减少施工强度、节省工程投资的 同时提高了整个系统的控制水平。整个系统数据及画面共享,五台上位机操作站互为备用。

上位机内配置声卡,对于两台工程师站各配置两个30W音箱,对于系统故障及仪表报警进行语音提示。 烧结系统灰尘大,采用习惯的DC24V信号容易造成信号失真,使系统误动作,因此现场的安全开关、拉绳开关、跑偏开关等建议采用220V信号,可以直接使用AC220V开入模块通过继电器转接DC24V输入模块。
